We want you to be satisfied with VendorGuard. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions: if you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our sales. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at darioluisi.dl@gmail.com and we will help you submit the request.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
